Returns & Refund Policy
At Positively Pigasus, each product is created with care, intention, and a little bit of magic. Because of the nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs depending on the item type.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of digital content, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will happily assist you.
Print-on-Demand Products (Physical Items)
All physical products are made to order especially for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Buyer’s remorse
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as production may begin shortly after.
Processing Times
- Digital downloads: Delivered instantly after purchase
- Physical items: Made to order and typically processed within 3–7 business days
